VII. Disputes, Governing Law, and Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts within that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority over disputes. The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first; failing that, legal action may be taken before the competent courts.

Mania Games may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the App or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
